I have screenshots and emailed copies of the "transfer/transaction" as well as access to my PMs sent and received, of course, including Skype conversations.
Situation:
FFXIV Legacy Account (50 WHM + More)
This thread is where it starts. I contacted the member and after a week we finally met on Skype. Here is the conversation. This took place on 2/18/13.
The issue here is that this was for the FFXIV Legacy beta which started on 2/25/13, which had not arrived yet. He had access to the EVE Account that I was trading during that time.
Fast forward to 2/25-2/26, I am unable to log into the beta due to requiring a beta email key. I contacted the user multiple times:

I caught him on Skype, asking him for the email. He said "thank you" and eventually logged off without another word. Further attempts to contact this individual has been futile.
I have his Google+ account information, which is the same as his Skype info. I also looked through his profile here and noticed that he had one positive referral. It was from the user "bel" and the referral links directly to the same FFXIV Legacy Account (50 WHM + More) I mentioned earlier, stating that the transaction was smooth.
I have also contacted this member and they immediately questioned why I was asking if they received the account. I informed them that there is a potential scam occurring, to which I realized I may or may not have mentioned it. Afterward I explained a small amount and let him know that I would be proceeding with an investigation, that he was involved in it, and that I needed to know if he acquired the account or not.
My hunch is that there are a few possibilities:
bel and zackeryj are the same and has illegitimately given himself a positive referral
bel acquired the account and as normal gave a positive referral because it actually happened
bel, for an unknown reason, gave zackeryj a positive referral without acquiring the account
Let me know what you guys think.
To start, is there any possibility of checking IPs to confirm they are not the same?
It's just kind of ridiculous that while this is all going on, zackeryj has logged in multiple times since then and not responded to PMs.
