Reported problem: Good day,
There has been an issue regarding the payment. Money was sent to a PayPal account that I had just created. I had never had a PayPal account before and had never used it. I only created it in order to receive the payment because the buyer was unable to send the money in any other way.
I received a payment confirmation message from the buyer and I confirmed it both in the PayPal app and in TradeGuard.
In the morning I logged into PayPal and it showed a message asking me to provide additional information. I added the requested information, but after that my account was blocked in the app. I can attach the emails as proof. I also informed the buyer about this.
In the app it showed a balance of 0, but at the same time there was a message saying that the payment had not been fully completed.
This week I received a notification that the money had been returned to the buyer. I forwarded the email to the buyer and asked how we should proceed, but I did not receive any response. I waited for some time in case he had not seen the message, but he is currently ignoring me.
Outcome of dispute: The buyer failed to respond to the dispute.
