Reported problem: Transaction #169909. The buyer received the account login details as part of the Trade Guardian transaction, but I have not received the PayPal payment. The buyer then blocked me on EpicNPC. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and proof that no payment was received. Please review the transaction and advise me on how to proceed.
Outcome of dispute: The buyer did not respond to the dispute after being online and warned multiple times.
