Reported problem: On September 7, 2025, I purchased a POE account on a forum
After using the account for some time, on January 10 the POE account was locked due to an account dispute. I contacted geo and asked him to provide the necessary information to unlock and recover the account, since he kept the original email (at that time, the account was still linked to my email). He agreed to help.
However, by January 17, 2026, the POE account was no longer linked to my email. I messaged him but received no response, even when I contacted him on Steam. I believe he scammed me and submitted a request to recover the POE account that he had previously sold to me.
Outcome of dispute: Account recalled. No response from seller despite PP dispute being opened. Seller was banned.
