Reported problem: It looks like he really did scam me. He hasn't replied to anything for a month now. He said that after his vacation (which was about a month ago), he would work on changing the email via Kuro Support because I can't access the email anymore. I just want to make sure that I refund this correctly, because you were the middleman.
Outcome of dispute: Seller locked the buyer out of the email after the transaction was completed. Seller ignored the buyer & did not respond to the dispute.
