Reported problem: Hello, this guy is a scammer. Yesterday, we did a transaction with a Midddleman named Delac, to buy his Dragon Ball Legends account. He gave the account to the middleman and I sent him the money directly. Right before the middleman links my google account to the Dragon Ball Legends account, the seller logged back into the account using a method to bypass the 24 hours cooldown, which disconnected the Middleman from the game. Then, I reported the transaction. After long discussion and debate, the seller agreed to provide a refund, so middleman cancelled the deal and admin marked the dispute as resolved. However, today, the seller issued a chargeback on the money he sent back to me as a refund, meaning that I lost the money and he kept it. He is a smart scammer and deserved to get banned in order to prevent other users to fall into his trap.
Outcome of dispute: Seller provided a refund, but charged it back later after the dispute was marked as resolved. Dispute was reopened, but the seller ignored it this time & was banned.
