Was scammed by this guy too. I got his ID card or stolen ID card though. If anyone knows what to do with reporting identity theft via PayPal or any local authorities I can send it to you. I'll send it to the French authorities and they'll investigate the man in question for identity verif. May be more impactful legally than some money sent by fnf

I suggest you guys file a PayPal dispute for unauthorized transaction. Regardless if you can somehow show unauthorized use of your PayPal. Even if they can't refund you or maybe they can, It will block his PayPal at least

I’ve done this, if everyone does this for sure something is going to happen. I suggest everyone to report it as an unauthorized transaction.

I’m sorry about your loss, I would recommend in the future that you guys keep all conversations on EpicNPC and use a Middleman when trading with new users or anyone that dosen't have a reputation.
