I am requesting moderator review of negative feedback posted by Murayama following our October 20, 2026 transaction.
I purchased a Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross account for $40 through PayPal Goods & Services. The original listing advertised 2,442 diamonds, while the account balance I documented was 2,367 diamonds. I have not spent any diamonds since receiving the account.
After discovering the discrepancy, I opened a PayPal dispute and attempted to address the issue with the seller.
The seller subsequently threatened to leave negative feedback, report me as a scammer, and have me permanently banned from EpicNPC unless I withdrew my PayPal dispute within 24 hours.
He has now followed through on his threat by posting a negative review titled "Worst buyer and scammers."
I dispute several statements in this review.
First, the seller claims I confirmed that every aspect of the account matched the advertisement. My initial comment that the account looked "clean" referred specifically to the character roster. I had not completed my inspection of its other advertised specifications.
Second, the seller accuses me of spending diamonds and fabricating evidence. I deny these allegations and have preserved screenshots of the account balance.
Third, the review states that I recovered my payment while retaining the account. I initiated a PayPal dispute over the discrepancy. I ask moderators to distinguish the filing of a dispute from an actual completed refund when evaluating this claim.
Most importantly, the seller explicitly threatened negative feedback before posting this review. I believe the documented sequence warrants investigation into whether the feedback was retaliatory.
I respectfully request that EpicNPC review the negative feedback for removal or correction, along with the seller's threatening messages and supporting transaction evidence.
I am willing to cooperate with the investigation and provide all relevant screenshots, chat records, and payment documentation.
Thank you for your consideration.
