False Feedback, No transactions were made on the date

This is proof of payment for the transaction that occurred from the negative feedback.
The following dispute link, has all proof of interaction and rest of the transaction photo and words exchange.
Now seller is trying to say "no transaction" occured.
Exactly the same date. Sunday August 9th, the negative review was posted after the horrible experience.
Now seller is denying having any transaction is ridiculous, yet all the excuses and claims to have what he was selling to end up not having it and wasted hours of my time.

I could use his argument here since it is a "FALSE FEEDBACK" there was no transaction the following day on Monday when the feedback was given to me.
Every problem that occured throughout that whole ordeal on Sunday August 9th was seller lying and having me run in circles.
1. Have the gold ready to trade "now" i can trade, if you send payment.
2. Dont have it "now" need 15mins
3. 30 mins later, busy now still raiding can't trade
4. Dont have the gold for the amount you sent.
5. Request for full refund, only partial refund was refunded.
6. Insist i take lost and the cost of the partial refund instead of the full refund.
And YES, there was NO TRANSACTION that occurred on Monday. SO that feedback is falsely made, since no transaction conspired on Monday.
BUT THERE was a transaction on August 9th Sunday night.

EpicNPC only investigates feedbacks if EpicNPC chat or Trade Guardian was used.
Feedback cannot be give if there was no exchange. Either the item or payment must have been exchange. Otherwise feedback is not allowed.
Transaction took place and majority of the chat took place off site. Feedback can remain and must be resolved mutually between both members.
