Reported problem: Trade Guardian transaction successfully completed for $150.00 by PayPal, but after 2 months later this buyer filed an Unauthorized transaction - chargeback at his PayPal acc to get his money back. Basically a chargeback scam. I won the dispute but I wasted so much time to prepare all the evidence to fight back this case.
He filed the chargeback but then took around 10 days to respond during the dispute process, showing he wasn't genuinely trying to resolve a "mistake" he was hoping the chargeback would go through by default further proving this was a deliberate chargeback scam and not a misunderstanding.
Also falsely advertising original owner on his post on his profile for the acc he bought from me, when I am the original owner and have build it up myself from day 1 on September 2025. He also told me to die after I unfriended him which was my last straw please ban this buyer.
His excuse was it was a mistake even though we did half half just so he could be comfortable and we used Delac a very good middleman but his lazy excuse was that my name on PayPal was not Shadow so he got confused… on a platform where ur meant to use ur real name.
I would like to take action against this user because I don't feel safe with him here knowing he could do this to others.
Outcome of dispute: Bought account, 2 payments. claimed there was a problem with the account, but never contacted seller. Disputed both payments instead.
Next day ultimategohan listed the account for sale, despite saying there was a problem with it. False advertising and claimed he's the original owner of the account.
When seller contact him about the dispute, he ignored him.
9 days later ultimategohan claims it was all a mistake and closed the payment disputes.
Seems to a pathological liar about everything.
