What is the dispute about?: Was purchasing an OSRS account from this user, paid the money on paypal through friends and family. Dvy said he would change the email to the one I specified, never received an e-mail for that as he stated and he went offline later without responding to my questions. I try to message him again a few hours later and he has either unfriended me or blocked me on discord.
