Reported problem: He sold me 2 Ow2 accounts last year and he recalled 1 of them later earlier this year but he wrote me an apology and gave it back after removing his cell number from the OW account. That prevented me from actually using the account entirely. I had the other account still so I asked him to provide a replacement number to play the other account, i waited for him to followup but he did not. As I can only play account at a time, i had the other still but recently last month he recalled both accounts, i have the emails from Blizzard to prove he did this and this time he did not mention anything to me about it. I believe part of the email it matches his paypal also. Let me know what you need from me. Id accept a few simple resolutions as I did not pay a lot for them anyway. But a scammer should be banned for starters if he won't return the accounts and provide the required information.
