Reported problem: I sold him my wuthering waves account a year ago, and he still hasnt paid the 200$ he owes me of the 400$ he was supposed to send
Outcome of dispute: @Kamor1239 purchased an account with a down payment of 50%. The remainder would be paid at a later date, but this amount was never paid. They blocked the seller & sold the account to someone else. During the dispute, they claimed they were unable to pay the amount owed any time soon.
