My Account Was Banned As a Precautionary Measure - Ban Appeal (Gurglingemu)

I apologize in advance if this is not where a ban appeal should be posted. I wasn't sure if there was a formal process to go through to get my ban appealed.

My epicnpc account is gurglingemu. I was banned because it was believed that my account had been compromised. Apparently, someone was impersonating me, though I do not know the details. I came back to the site a week ago and found that my account had been banned.

I believe that the ban message is "precautionary measure - hacked".

Is there something that I have to do or someone that I have to PM to get unbanned? I'll try to send a PM to Apoclypse. I also tried to contact him through AIM.
