Is this a crypto scam or Coinbase error?

I sold an account for some LTC, when I gave the account info, the transaction had 4/6 network confirmations and the LTC were marked as received on Coinbase, after giving the account details, the transaction disappeared completely from Coinbase and I didn't receive the LTC. On the block explorer link it shows as completed successfully with 6/6 network confirmations. There is no indication that it failed. I'm trying for days to get an answer from Coinbase why my transaction disappeared and still nothing. I have a hard time believing that this is a scam. I mean it's like really hard to believe it.

Could this be a scam?

I mean if someone can scam you after all of this then all hope is lost for crypto.

not same case with me but kinda similar

last month do exchange from paypal to crypto with someone

they said it's complete, the explorer also said complete, but my wallet balance not increased, after 1 month finally both of coinbase (sender) and my wallet said it's complete, but the balance not added to my wallet

in the end I have to repay back the crypto since both of wallet customer service said it's complete

after this case, I'm totally stop using exchange crypto

sadly I have no idea as well

all evidence and transaction show it complete and I should receive it tho no balance added to my wallet address

nothing else I can do except consider this as unfortunate event for me
