Buyer fault but sent a bad feedback in my thread

So i just sold out the spike account to him in epicnpc chat but without TG service, there's no trouble at the transaction time, after a week, he just slandering me cause his google got lock and he thought it was my fault, i already log out from his acount after bind the game, and as far as i know, we can't locked out google account by ourself, just google itself can do that, so he think i just lock his accout, and recover it (no make sense)
and the thing is, instead doing appeal to google, he just sent a bad feedback to me
i already told him the truth and try to help his account got recover, but he dont want listen to me, keep blamming it was my fault
(the google account is originally from him, so he can appeal it easily)

so in general it was like: his google got disabled because of security thing or something, and he think i was disabled his account and recover it, there's no way i can disabled his account just like that, just google who can do that
and after all buyyer (9 TG Order) it's just him like this, there's no complaining until now
 
i already told him many time, "just appeal it and you will get the account back because you are originally owner of the google account" but he dont want listen to me
 
  • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.

Transaction took place and TG was not used.

Feedback can remain and must be resolved mutually between both members.

If the issue is resolved, we update negative feedback to neutral.
