help me remove bad feedback because the deal cancelled and no exchange

the guy became angry after can not complete the transaction because can not beat other guy offer higher him about 600$ and he said he will not up his offer!so i must choose cancel transaction and choose sell the acc for the guy with higher offer!and because we dont have transaction so hope admin can remove his bad feedback

and I even offered to pay a sum of money in compensation if fee mm not refund all to him and can give him some money for time there but he blocked me in discord and gave me a bad feedback after that!
