If you read the first few paragraphs of the other dispute, my account got banned due to hacks that were run during a powerleveling service.
I wanted to give this another shot and bought the game again, added subscription time, make the toon and look for a trusted powerleveller. Jackie1234's thread focuses on Powerleveling by HAND and not hacks or bots. The difference was, Jackie1234 claims that he is the only one doing the service and he has no team - which is why I gave it another go.
I went all in to whatever he could offer yet again. All the services he provided are on the his thread I shared. The service started the following day after my payment has been confirmed.
Payment Date and Details:
The first few days of service, the booster was active on Skype and updating the progress and then he stopped responding on Skype(His status was away all the time but not offline).
After a month, I wanted to check up on him so I messaged him on EPICNPC(March). There was an unfortunate loss in his family, I took this as an emergency and assuming he is still the only one working on my account - he would still need some time to settle.
However, there was no follow up nor was he replying on Skype as usual that I had to take to EpicNPC messenger again. This is now August(5 months apart from first EPICNPC message and 6 months since payment).
Part 2 of second message:
Part 3 of second message, 20 minutes into confirmation for work - My 3 months game time ran out and I have to add game time again.:
Late OCTOBER - Skype:
Part 4 of second message - December - Still nothing. End of message:
Last week, I sent him an e-mail since he is not active on Skype and EpicNPC:
So all in all, this service has run for 315 days from starting date up to today. Or 10 months and 11 days.
I changed the password and logged in game two days ago and this was the progress after 10 months:
Main Quest Scenario was at level 31...
Because EPICNPC.com has details of Verified members. Could you kindly get in touch with Jackie1234 to settle this?
