What is the dispute about? Purchased account recalled by original owner
I originally purchased powerleveling services from the most reputable power leveller I found on epicnpc thanh:

I ordered powerlevling for my personal account to be epic and all lvl 60 classes, with full anima i255 in one class(dark knight), all the mounts available from dungeons.
Basically maxed out toon!

The service is approximated to be completed in about 4-6 months.
Unfortunately, a month into the service - my account got permanent banned due to 3rd party software usage from one of his staff.
To compensate, thanh has provided me with an account of which has everything I originally planned for with my own account.
I was provided with:
the email, security question and answer, birthdate.
I immediately changed the email according to thanh's instructions.
We did not discuss a refund as I do not want to be one of those pain in the *** customers I had to deal with in retail. I had planned to play FFXIV during the holidays after my internship ended (beginning of this month).
I tried to login two days ago and the password has been changed. So I tried to reset the password using my email but that was changed as well.
I have to contact square enix to recover but they require the account's character names and in which server, original owner's first name/last name/middle name - information of which I do not have. As you know, the name, birthday of square enix accounts cannot be altered.
This is when I tried to get in touch with thanh again to request for the information above for me to recover the account or else I won't be able to start communicating with Square Enix's support team.
Thanh has provided me with the original owner's skype as well as his epicnpc user to get in touch with him which I did.

However, I have not received approval of contact via skype, nor did I receive a response on epicnpc(he was inactive for months before I messaged him. Active status changed about an hour after my message but no reply).
After discussing this issue with thanh, he believes that the original owner has retrieved/recalled his account.
I am now sharing this with EpicNPC support team in hopes you would be able to get in touch with them for me to get rights to this account again.
Any advice/guidance in direction would be very much appreciated as I have never been in this situation before.
Approximate value of property: $3130 AUD or $2400+ USD I paid in AUD via paypal.

Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? (optional) Exactly 6 transactions from 3 traders and all can be vouched except for 1(the trader disappeared in November). Will actually write another dispute about him later.
