Reported problem: i purchased a dbd service to unlock all characters from them i asked if the method was permanent before buying and they say YES now the characters aren’t there anymore and he refuses to refund me and says that he doesn’t care if he gets banned
Outcome of dispute: @MinedCooper (seller) made a false claim that the boosting service (to unlock paid characters) will be permanent, and refusing to make a refund after its patched.
Also found out that he was using some sort of hack on it but didnt specify that on his thread, and no Terms of Service neither.
