Reported problem: Hello EpicNPC Admins,

I would like to report an issue with this transaction.

The buyer, **Lunna**, successfully received the account through the official EpicNPC middleman service. During the transaction, the buyer confirmed that everything was fine and replied **"yes all good thanks"** after receiving the account. The transaction was then completed successfully.

After the account was delivered and accepted, the buyer opened a PayPal dispute/chargeback against the payment.

I have attached screenshots of the transaction chat showing:

* The account was delivered through the EpicNPC middleman.
* The buyer acknowledged receiving the account.
* The buyer confirmed everything was okay.
* The transaction was completed before the PayPal dispute was opened.

Based on this evidence, I believe this is a fraudulent chargeback attempt after the buyer received the purchased account.

I kindly request that EpicNPC review the transaction logs and chat history and take appropriate action against the buyer's account if you determine the chargeback is abusive. I would also appreciate any documentation or assistance EpicNPC can provide to help me respond to the PayPal dispute.

Outcome of dispute: Buyer claimed he can't login despite the MM showing the login works multiple times.

Email was changed to buyer, so even if they had an issue, they could simply reset the password themselves, yet they continue they can't login.

Buyer opened PP dispute, refused to cancel. Banned.
