What is the dispute about? I had a problem with my paypal, so I gave this person a refund of 90 usd so that he could help send them to another account, as I told him something without offending, the person flatly refuses to return the money and demands that he make a dispute here
Other details / notes:
I tried to insist that he return the money without an unnecessary dispute, but this person demanded that it be so, so I hope that with this the person will return the money because he has the account that I sold him and the money.
