I won't make this reply long as you didn't actually present any new evidence at all and your argument is based off a complete misunderstanding.
You typed a lot but in substance didn't say anything at all.
You have not understood the point of this dispute at all.
I am aware that there is an inherent risk with boosting. Please read my original post here on EPICNPC. I am not arguing anything to the contrary.
What I am arguing is that the bans
were not due to boosting. Let me break it down for you in some simple points:
- Both my accounts, plus my friend who was in the same lobby paying you for the same service, plus 25 of your accounts, all got banned together.
- I recovered one of my two accounts with the HL1 key.
- Steam support said that it was evident my account was hijacked and restored ownership to me and recommended I change my passwords etc - I can provide proof of this to @EpicNPC in a Private Message.
- If they locked the accounts due to boosting they would not have unlocked my account.
- If they lock your account due to boosting and you send a request in - this is the reply you get (please note this is not my photo but taken from someone else on a different forum):
So, I will say again: My account was not locked due to boosting but due to a lack of security on your part.
Yes, I admitted that I had a 4 digit without HL1 key and boosting was a risk and I 'accepted' that risk of boosting. What I do not accept is the negligence on your part.
I can provide to
@EpicNPC an alt account I logged in from on my computer over 7 weeks ago that is not community banned. It was clearly from your end.
I wrote a very detailed description in my initial report because I knew you would be going down this road. I wonder if you even bothered to read my report? At this stage you are just wasting the moderators time.
Admins, this is an outright lie and misinterpretation of facts, and this is completely unacceptable.
- The screenshot has already been confirmed by @EpicNPC to be edited after the community ban on the Friday (look at his comment above).
- I did not block or ignore you until this dispute was resolved in my favour. This is a fact that I can prove and has been proven.
- I blocked you on discord the minute I won this dispute but I did not have you blocked until then - please view screenshot below.
The above screenshot proves two things:
- You made no effort at all to 'resolve' this with me.
- I had you unblocked until at least the 20th (in fact it was the 22nd when I won this dispute), but you made the changes to the TOS on the 11th of October - so what you are saying in this quote is completely fabricated:
As for your next point:
This is dated the 27/10 - I won this dispute on the 22/10.
Of course I want nothing to do with you at this stage - I just won the dispute and am putting this behind me.
Do you really think after what happened I will trust you to send me some software that I will run on my PC?
This has to be a joke?
The arguments you are presenting are so nonsensical that they are just wasting everybody's time. I have preempted your arguments in my first post to try and save time but you just wanted to go on a rant anyway it seems.
Ummm yes that's exactly how the legal system works. You cannot retrospectively apply a law (or a Terms of Service).
If PayPal updates their TOS today, what you did yesterday is not illegal and the updated TOS do not apply to yesterday.
What are you even saying!?!?
I will not go over your "solutions" as this is not for you to decide but for @EpicNPC to decide, but I will go over your summary 3 points:
Yes low digits get locked by Steam support and that was a risk I took. But my account got locked due to
your negligence, not due to it being a "low digit". The fact that it was a low digit is irrelevant in this entire case.
You have not understood the entire concept of this dispute and I do not know how to explain it to you but I have done my best.
I'm not even going to go into the fact that my account was meant to be on a seperate IP (as you admitted above), and the implications if it got banned together with the accounts not sharing it's IP - it seems like this was another lie? But I think I have presented enough evidence to not even go into this area.
One final thing I want to say is that it is very strange you have depicted me as being some unfair guy who has somehow gone behind your back and done something sneaky.
I opened a dispute against you on a public forum, where you were given
plenty of time to reply (more than people usually get due to your rank here).
I did not open a dispute with PayPal or my bank, and I gave you every opportunity to express your side of the story - I have done nothing behind anyone's back.
IN FACT, I was extremely open and respectful with this dispute -
I even hid the original post to give you the opportunity not to be slandered and for not everyone to read this dispute in the case we could come to a conclusion and you could continue your business.
I am actually glad you responded to this dispute so there will be no doubt as to who was in the wrong here when
@EpicNPC makes his decision.
I believe we have both presented our sides and it is up to
@EpicNPC now to ask for more evidence or make a decision.
Thanks
