Reported problem: there appears to be an issue with the account transfer, and I’m unsure whether this was intentional or simply a problem with the transfer process.
The seller and I originally agreed that I would wait 3 days before changing the primary email on the account. I was aware of the 3-day waiting period and agreed to it. The seller was also communicating with me and explaining the process, so I had no reason at the time to believe there was an issue.
However, now that the 3 days have passed, I attempted to access the account and found that the password had been changed, leaving me locked out. I also noticed that the seller’s primary email still appears to be associated with the account, and the account is showing a location that appears to correspond with the seller rather than me.
I have already contacted the seller about the situation, but I have not been able to resolve the issue yet. I want to be clear that I am not automatically accusing the seller of intentionally scamming me. It is possible there is an explanation or that something went wrong during the transfer process. However, because I have paid for the account and am now unable to access it after the agreed 3-day period, I believe this transaction should be reviewed.
Outcome of dispute: Seller sold a BDO account to the buyer for $825. Shortly after the transaction, the account was recovered and the buyer lost access. Evidence indicated that the previous/original owner likely recovered the account rather than Kraither personally. However, Kraither remains responsible for the product he sold and for compensating the buyer.
Kraither was given until September 13, 2026 to provide a suitable replacement account, issue a refund, or arrange a repayment plan accepted by the buyer. Despite multiple attempts to locate a replacement account, no acceptable replacement, refund, or repayment arrangement was provided by the deadline.
Kraither has therefore been banned until the buyer is compensated. He may open a support ticket to resolve the dispute by refunding the buyer or providing a replacement account the buyer agrees to accept.
