Describe the problem:
I'm here again because I wasn't heard last time. I am ready to defend my case for as long as necessary, with all the evidence, and demand a fair consideration of my dispute. As I wrote earlier (see https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/fake-feedback-no-deal.2791723/), the user @Pirate Lord, aka den300, aka den299k, aka FAULTY666, aka Wunderkind scammed me into my account. He changed all the data without transferring funds and did not give me back access to my personal account.
I don't fully understand why @EpicNPC CM deleted my negative review about this user when all the evidence was provided when it was proven that the deal and transaction took place. Thus, you violated the rules of your own marketplace, which states that “If proof is provided, the feedback will remain.” I believe that the Administrator acted dishonestly and irresponsibly this time when he silently closed the dispute without demanding more evidence from either me or the Pirate Lord. So I ask that @EpicNPC @EpicNPC Mod @Adoxia @Angel @ARMIK @CryingGod. @DOPEBOOST @Kai @SaltnVinegar @Taki @The Integrity became parties to our dispute until a full hearing.
I also ask forum moderators to bear witness @Aeroless @Alifice @Avisf @AZURAKAGAMI @Bakuzni @bellivere @BoostingHouse @Coffee_vikri @DarkMysticChaos @Darkonyx @Delac @DeltaPi @Diatomic @DidoKu @Eiiyu @Eolith @EpicSenpai @EpicSevenLegend @epicsg @evanderh18 @Evil Chicken @ffxivgrinds @Fluentcee @FrenchCops @Futen @Gaming eStore @giuliana @gokoushi @Greel @Guardian1969 @Haki123321 @HASTORE @jkoyyyy @JuneEpic @Junkdog @Kamain @Kariin @kimuwara @Kizaru07 @Large Sells @Lottatude @Lucky_Charms @manh4849a @Master-Trader @Matador13 @Maybe Arslan @mercurial003 @minmaxzero @mostafaaph @MyDreZZZ @naufal123 @Ovanes @Pocut Epic @Pukovcanin @Pukovcanin @Putrik667 @Rei1011 @Reimz @REXOYA @Risky1704 @S u p s @Segnaless @Serverioz @SetsunaEpic @SinbadTheSeller @snoop99 @Somz @Spectrals @STCOOL @stree @Talondir @ThatRLGuy @TheLegendaryNoob @Theostacy @useeds @VI Games Merchant @vory132 @vulfstan
I quote: “there is not enough proof that the person you were talking to off-site was actually the Pirate Lord on our site.” I have prepared special instructions step by step so that you can understand which Pirate Lord I was communicating with, from your site or not:
1) Go to the pirate lord’s page in epic npc and go to his contact information, official discord
2) Go to discord -> find his nickname -> copy his unique ID discord code and check whether the unique ID matches or not
3) Does it match? Matches. Therefore, let’s move on to the next point, let’s look at what he wrote in his correspondence with me. If the admin does not understand Russian, he can use https://translate.google.com/?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&op=images, which translates images
4) The correspondence shows that Pirate Lord asks to set up an account on another site and refuses to pay the money by bank transfer
5) In the correspondence you can see when the Pirate Lord shows his account, his old nickname FAULTY666
6) This screenshot shows that his new nickname is den299k
7) This screenshot shows that I returned the money to him
8) This screenshot shows that I am asking for the account to be returned
9) The correspondence shows that he promises to return access to my account, after which he blocks me
And that’s all, it turns out it wasn’t so difficult to find out that the person I was communicating with was the Pirate Lord on your site.
I kindly ask the admin to reconsider the dispute, understand everything in detail and admit that Pirate Lord = den300 = FAULTY666 = den299k is a scammer.
!!! If the evidence is not enough, as you say, then don't close the dispute, you can ask me for more !!!
Also additional information!!!
I also want to refer to the recent scam of other users ( https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/false-feedback-seller-restored-account.2853944/#post-9694962 ). Don't you find it strange that Pirate Lord calls Wunderkind his partner? Or that he guarantees that Wunderkind will send money to his sellers/buyers? How can Pirate Lord be so sure of the user Wunderkind?
Also note the dates:
He claims that on 07/23/2024 Wunderkind allegedly scammed him, but nevertheless he continues to conduct transactions with him - does this not seem strange to you?
Pirate Lord, who is Wunderkind and has a large number of other nicknames - he is just stringing you along and laughs at you, from all Epic NPC, that you can not do anything. Do you really not care so much about the reputation of your trading platform that you can not ban the scammer so that your users do not lose their money? This person is a global scammer, and you will continue to turn a blind eye to this?
You understand perfectly well that this person can use a proxy to change his IP address, can buy any documents. This person is ready to do everything to scam other users and not be banned. Everything would be fine, I would believe in the tales he tells, if he himself had not scammed me. After that, I had to conduct an investigation, when I was looking for information about this person, I saw on one of the sites that the nickname Wunderkind belongs to him. I did not attach any importance to this the first time, but when I saw a new wave of scam and saw the nickname Wunderkind, I immediately understood whose hands it was. And strangely enough, Pirate Lord is associated with this account in new scams

Even PayPal, which Wunderkind accepted payments to, is registered in the name of Dmytro - this is a Ukrainian name, how would a Greek have PayPal, which is registered in the name of a Ukrainian? It is logical here that Pirate Lord, who lives in Russia, could ask his acquaintance or friend to participate in this scam scheme
