An Account Recovery Form has been submitted for
Battle.net account
*********http://us.mc1218.mail.yahoo.com/mc/[email protected].
What does this mean?
We received a report that this account has been compromised, and we are taking the appropriate steps to help restore your access to this account as quickly as possible.
What steps did we take?
The password for this Battle.net account has been reset. Please check your email account for a message regarding your new temporary password. We strongly recommend that you create a new password after you log in.
In addition, we opened a Battle.net service ticket to restore your World of Warcraft character(s) and item(s). Your ticket number is 9065147. We'll send you another email when the process is complete, which under normal conditions usually takes 10 to 12 working hours (but please allow up to 2 working days). You do not need to open an in-game service ticket.
Why can’t I log into the game?
In some cases, including when the account was used in ways that violated our Terms of Use, you may not be able to log into some login-protected services (such as World of Warcraft) until all restrictions on the account have been removed.
What do I need to do now?
After you change your password, if you notice any unauthorized transactions on this account, please give us the time to address them from the service ticket prior to filing a duplicate request in-game. In addition, you can find some suggestions on improving your computer's security on our account security website,
Account Security - Battle.net.
After that, we hope you can rest a little easier. You've just helped us get you back into World of Warcraft and this Battle.net account as soon as possible.

Greetings,
We have determined that your account has been compromised using a Key Logger or Trojan virus which can be used to obtain the account name and password of
Battle.net or World of Warcraft accounts used on that computer, or through means such as account details scamming via malicious websites or e-mail.
To ensure the security of your account, we recommend following the Security Checklist on our Account Security Site, which can all be found at:
Account Security - Battle.net
As we have reason to believe that your e-mail account has become compromised as well, we will require you to contact us from a new e-mail address, so that we can change your Battle.net account name. Presently, we have temporarily altered your account name for security reasons.
In order to validate your account ownership, please provide us with the following, via our webform
https://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).
and
- The last 4 numbers of the credit card you are using on this account or a picture of the game card used, if you use those.
IMPORTANT: Also include your full Name, Address, Account Name and E-mail Address and send it via one of the following methods:
Webform:
https://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml
E-Mail (in a recognised image format such as .jpg or .bmp):
[email protected]
Post:
Blizzard Entertainment SAS
TSA 60 001
Service Administration des Comptes
78143 Vélizy Villacoublay Cedex
France
Please also include:
Battle.net Account Name: The current account name (email address) you are using to login.
NEW Battle.net Account Name: The e-mail you wish to have as your new account name.
Your Battle.net Secret Question and Answer.
CD Key: original WoW game CD-key (we cannot accept Expansion CD keys).
Name: the full name that the account was created with.
Address: The address information given when the account was created.
Zip/Postal Code: The zip/postal code that was given when the account was created.
Once we have received this information, we will be able to process your account further.
Please be advised that further incidents of unauthorised access may lead to additional suspensions and loss of characters, items and gold, all of which can be avoided by following the preventive measures on the Account Security Site.
