I bought from this guy the account url mmobay ( http://vbforums.mmobay.net/wow-euro...less-gladiator-lvl-85-warlock-alts-60k-g.html ) he emailed me the info of account after I had payed him 500 $ in data 21/12/2010 , after 5 days i got one email from Blizzard that the account is processed from recovery and it's been locked untill verification ends. He only supply me the info of it like login/password secret question/answer , name of account. The cdkeys and the id scan he say that he will sent me after he will buy some US account witch he sow arround. This is the 2nd time when i had been scammed here , used to be scammed last year from immonen with his account of an DK with rank 1 sesion 5-6 he called blizzard and recovered with copy near newspapel .. and now with this boy. I don't know what happen with this person but like i had payed him with paypal i will complain police about this. I have his email original where he sent me the info ( an easy look on internet about that email you will find that this person has born and is hungary citizen , now he live in US ) also i had got the paypal screen like the payment is clear by an thirty party in UK.

any admin witch need the proofs i will give my password from email , so he can read the email of him with the account with ( without id scan and cdkeys ) the paypal recipes how I had pay and also the Blizzard email telling that the account is banned.
 
Ok dude so first of all you are not TWV nor have rep. And i allowed you to pay via paypal. This account come straight from the bestwowaccounts.com. The guy who sold it to me is the most legit guy around. I also told you that i will release the id scan and cd keys right after i bought a new account. Im not taking any responsibility if the account gets banned. But yes of course i will help you solve the problem, and i know i did not send the ID scan and cd keys. Im saying it again: you do NOT have any rep, nor TWV mark so i dont want any risk on paypal that the money got recalled. And it look like in this picture that you send me: ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting the account is just simply locked because of log in attempts with different IPs. So i think before you are making a scam thread think, and not mess around when im offline, and on holiday. Oh and in this picture the background seems a little different: ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting . Just a quick question. Why are you using an old version of Windows on the first screen, and the new windows 7 on the second? Just curious.
Anyways, i also asked you that lets use a middleman to avoid further issues (i mean recalling). But i have to point out: the account DID NOT get recalled so it is not a scam. All i can say when i got a new account (in about a week or even less, im waiting for my money to arrive) and everything is fine with it i will send the id scan and cd keys to you.

As i told you on aim, i see your point, and i understand that you cant log in for these reason. But:
When i gave you the details: it worked just fine. It got banned on the 5th day. I also told you that xfer the character and rename it which you did very well. So that is not my problem if it got locked.
Here is what can i do for both of our safety, and im telling this here not on aim.
Recall your money.
Get a middleman. I will send him the details (ID scan, cd keys, what you need to unlock the account), and you send him the money via WU. So i can make sure that the money wont get recalled. I can also cover 50% of the middleman fee thats not a problem.

Or you have to wait 3-4 more days when i get home from holiday and buy the account what i was about to buy. When i send him the money and he got it, i can release the ID scan for you.
 
Not good point to recall money because are sent from 15 dec 2010 and it need an strong reason for , I will wait to come back.

19945 the character was recalled. Armory link that was sent to me shows someone is playing the account daily on bloodscalp.

Will give 19945 to the end of today to reply. I see he logged in today anyway.
 
I just got home. Well there is one thing i dont understand. If the guy who recalled the account (Donduleone - Bestwowaccounts.net, or the OO of the lock) these two guys and of course myself have the id scan. If he does have the ID scan why Blizzard expect you the send the ID scan as well? Anyways, tomorrow is the last day, if i cant manage to buy that account i was about to buy, i will email you the id scan and CD keys of the account at around 8.
 
I had phone call blizzard billing telling where is the warlock from my account ( the fresh account created with all cd keys ) , they put me on hold ... they verify the billing payment done by transfer and faction change .. later they told me to wait because i will receive an email . I don't know nothing more what is very clear is that :

the warlock got back with same items like it was in 21 dec. date when you gived it to me ( all pvp items farmed by me dissapear ) , also it has been gone from the fresh account witch i had created.
The battle.net is changed , the sq of the account aswell. What i have from you was l/p and SQ , so who did this ? I don't know but 100% not me. Because with this suck information witch i have i can't just suck and wait.

If the lock was moved back to the original account - Dubrako or w/e it is, then why is it locked? And how can you log in? You should upload a pic about your account. Since you moved the lock off of the original account, right? Seems like the dude who recalled still playing it so it should not be locked. Im just confused...
 
I moved the warlock with 20 eur and answering at Secret Question answer witch you gived me ( now the Secret Question is changed ) , and the warlock got transfered to the fresh account. Everything gone good .. in 26 dec. i had received on email from where the warlock gone ( i meen on your battle.net email ) that the account is pending for recovery and they will LOCK the account untill the investigation ENDs. The account fresh witch i created and i transfered the warlock did not get affected and was cool untill the investigation ENDS. Once investigation ends and I had not email blizzard with cd keys , ids , name , address and the others information witch they ask for me , then the account got recalled and appear exaclly how i recived from you in 21 december 2010. That meen the warlock has dissapear from my fresh account , dissapear also his gear , dissapear all. The account get exaclly how it was in 21 december 2010.

If the guy who own it now is playing with it , is normal because the account get UNLOCKED because that guy who RECALLed it did sent to blizzard all informations witch they need ( and witch i never had them ).

Sorry my english i know that im not very explicit but all I received from blizzard i had posted here. I don't do any action becuase i dont have tools ( id , keys , address, name , last 4 digit card etc. )

So make sure that you have proper anti virus software installed and make sure that you have no keyloogers on your PC to ensure maximum safety.

Well if the warlock was retrieved to the previous realm from which you transferred it on new realm, then USA guy is 101% responsible for that issue and he didn't even gave you ID scan and cd keys .

Unfortunately im not sure if my friend the owner from Croatia will want to give his ID next to a recent newspaper cuz he sold that warlock more then 6 months ago and he has nothing to do with it anymore.

On the other hand i sold that warlock to the customer from USA and it seems that the customer is interested in scamming ppl instead of playing that warlock , which is very bad and unexpected behavior from him , i will send him an email to ask him why is he doing this .

To be honest I trust 19945 because he accept me to pay with PAYPAL from there i can have his name , address and i can complain easy to police if something wrong go .
 
What he is saying is right, and the fact that the lock is on the same realm and still being played can show that i recalled. I guess he did not pay for any changes like name change or xfer.
But i did not recalled it, i was about to buy a shaman, but i had some issues with paypal. Anyways that would be a good idea to reinstall your computer to avoid any virus/trojan malwares.
As i said i will email the id scan to you by tomorrow at 8. But i cant help you with that issue to put it next to a current newspaper, since i dont have that id. If you still cant solve the problem you should contact Donduleone again, to get the id scan again.
 
My computer is clean and blizzard has verified the transfer and faction change payments and are ok. Also i'm playing on mac ( mike if you can confirm that i'm writing from Macintosh will be great ). With the info you gived me , battle.net account/password + secret question/answer , nobody can recall an account ( if supposly been gone from my PC ).

He say that he is from Slovenia and that he have not play this account from 6 months and he had been hacked and now he got the account back. Waiting 19945 to sent me the ID so I can call blizzard to backup the warlock where it was , also the person from the screens witch actually has the account will remain with the account ( with rogue + 45k gold inside ) playing it. It will be an lost for him ( the warlock ) , and for me the ( account + rogue ) , but almost we can have each one something. Wandering donduleone from where he got the account and if the person who sold the account to this boy sold also to donduleone or what happened.

Magen1/donduleone.com/Bestwowaccounts.net stated they got the account from the OO, who also works for them. If that is true, that means they sold the account to multiple people, playerX and 19945. That would be the only way they both could have the IDs to the account.

If it is false and they did not buy it from the OO, then they lied. And I would like to know where they got the account from.

So playerX has agreed to let you take the Warlock off, but they will keep the Rogue and actual account?
 
yes Mike , after i speek with him on skype we arrive to the conclusion that if I will recall the account with the info witch i have now ( same info like him , same copy of id same everything ) then blizzard could ban the account because 2 persons differents claim that are owners. So to have it managed in the best way for both ( me and playerX ) we arrived at conclusion that is best to take me the warlock off and him to continue play with the recalled account witch have an rogue lvl 82 with 45k gold. What is wandering if you could ask dondungerone ( bestwowaccounts.net ) about this .

I just reply to Blizzard at their question to send the previous account from where warlock come. I just sent them just the id with the simple msg: Hello, here is the documents required please restore my warlock XXXXXXX. Thank you , i'm waiting their answer ( they have the charter transfer and faction change charge confirmed 45eur , from date 21 dec. 2010 and I think this will help also ).

The nice thing when i bought the lock from Donduleone is that i payed via WU so there is no way that i an recall the my money. And the fact that he is a Legit and trustworthy guy didnt make me think at all...
So what can i do now? First it seemed to me that when Duleone realised that i sold the account he recall it and put the shame on me so i get banned instead of him... And i thought he is legit....

it happened to you exactly what happened with me 1 year ago when i had bought from the old forum an DK r1 in s5-6 , and the owner recall the account. I had payed him with westernunion , for that when you told me about westernunion I said NO! I go and wrote an police report about that immonen and also i had report it to WesternUnion but until today nothing happened. Even his address or something more to help police finish the issue they want release. For that now when i bought for you I had go with Paypal because there I have help from them , from bank because it was payed with e-cheque and from police because paypal fw information with them if some issue appear. I'm happy that now you understand finally and you realized that the account was not hacked or something like , and also SAD about donduleone what he did , in fact all Serbian from here had very bad reputation overall . I just wait answer from Blizzard to come the warlock on the fresh account witch i had created , and also later this playerX will still play the account with the rogue , the lost it will be on me and the playerX i remember it again.
 
Well yeah... im not saying that was him, but he need to take responsibility for the account.. But man im sure police wont do anything, its just... selling buying accounts is illegal anyways, so.. i dont think they care about this that much...

All gone , for that hope now you understand better the issue about not going to pay with WesternUnion and that I had told you about moneybookers,paypal , bank transfer or whatever.

In fact it's an good witch got stole and you can proof it with what you got. Even if you buy from when anything virtual and it's nothing solid , you can complain . Police do it job and with the logs from paypal with the screen with everything is more that enough not just for police , but also for paypal to take an decision about bad persons around.

I just speek again with boy on chat telling to email blizzard and to restore the warlock to previous account transfered and he say that will not do it becuase it will get banned. Also he told me to recall the money from paypal and that he not care for nothing more even if he get banned or something.
 
I think Donduleone needs to take responsibility for the account. He definitely scammed me.. Mike please do something lol
 
PaulMoldovan, if you and playerX have made an agreement, why are you sending an ID to blizzard? Just have playerX transfer the warlock to a new account. I know you're going to lose some progress you made since purchase, but at least you'll have the account.

Magen1, please confirm how you received this account and if you sold it to multiple people. As playerX has full account info and ID before you sold it to 19945. That means either the OO who works for you gave the info to someone or you sold it multiple times.
 
PlayerX is someone thirty party he broke the agreement today when he sow that I failed to take the warlock from account. I just got contacted my Magen1 ( donduleone.com/bestaccounts.net) and he put me in contact with OO of the account. Right now we manage it to fix I will keep it in touch

about the agreement Mike ... today he broke it and say that if he will transfer the character to my account he will get banned and he dont have time to spend with me . Also he not agree to do nothing more and say **** off and bye . All changed from yesterday

Basically when he sow that i fail he say that he don't spend his time with me trying to fix this because he don't want and because i can't do nothing. Also once I will finish with this problem I would like to apologies for this trouble and for 19945 as same for Magen1 , donduleone aka bestwowaccount . I was worried because from when I had lost the account couldn't find him online to speek and also couldn't move an finger about this. Again sorry , and I'm waiting right now to have it solved.

First of all as you might already know im not a scammer! I have sold that account to guy ( 19945 ) and few weeks after i have been contacted by (

PaulMoldovan ) and he was saying that he was scammed by account which was previously bought from me . Here is what i did realized : guy who bought account from me ( 19945 ) sold account to ( Paulmoldovan) without all account information , few days after that account was recovered and reversed on the previous realm on which guy ( 19945 ) was playing on , if it was retrieved by OO then account wouldn't be reversed on the previous realm but instead on the realm on which OO was playing on . That is the fact which is telling me that guy ( 19945 ) had tried to scam guy ( Paulmoldovan ) and when account got locked by the blizzard because both of those two guys were claiming that they were original owners then he realised he wont be able to retrieve it without special type of ID scan . So i have contacted the OO yesterday and he will provide ( paulmoldovan ) with ID scan next to a recent newspaper to help him to unlock his account. Feel free to ask ( paulmoldovan ) about further details.

The issue will be solved , i have managed to convince the OO to provide Paul with "ID scan next to a recent newspaper" so that weird problem is going to get solved soon.

The history of account: I bought account from guy who bought account directly from original owner and sold it directly to guy ( 19945 ) and account was NOT sold multiple times !!!! Account was sold only once and directly to guy ( 19945 ) later on he sold it to other ppl , who knows to which ppl he had sold it after he bought it from me .

Since I'm not on contact with OO to solve this issue I don't want to mix or judge someone about it. What I could detect is that donduleone helped me contacting the OO ( calling him to help me , because previously the OO was afraid to speek with me). Once I have it finished and all changed and also notify Blizzard to not accept the old ID scan , I will feedback both persons with + because for me it will be an OK trade ( with trouble but will be ok ). What is 100% is that the account was recalled when I have not all the account information so if there is an source lost , it could be from others persons then me. Again thanks to all witch helped me here.

I'm waiting to get fixed , once is fixed everything I will let you know to close the thread . Thanks again

Information begging be lost from that someone , mogen1 , 19945 , me and owner for sure not , me because haven't the info when it got recall and the OO impossible because he will help me . But let's forgot this and think positive. Once the OO sent to blizzard what they need in less then 2 days it will be all resolved and past. Even with this trouble i will feedback both with +.

Ok, I finally decided to respond here because after all its my copy of ID circling around which is slightly pissing me off but ok.

I got contacted yesterday by PaulMoldovan via facebook (any way of deleting facebook account permamently?), at first I was not certain what was happening so I just gave him email of person I sold account to and told him I will not give him any kind of information regarding me or my account (what else to do, being contacted by complete stranger?).
Then I sms-ed dude I sold account to 6, 7 months ago or so (hes living in same country, when we traded we exchanged all info by hand). I did not get any response from him (later on I found out he had no credit on his debit sim card and didnt want to call me with landline I guess), but he contacted Magen1 (I guess Magen1 is donduleone?) and he contacted me directly via phone (again, my private information shared to yet another person, but ok) explaining what exactly happened and asking if I could contact blizzard with all the information + ID scan next to local newspaper with current date visible.
I did it, sent them all info including scan of my ID next to front page of local newspaper (Vijesti, sport edition, yesterdays date, **** newspaper, never bought them before :P).

Meanwhile I came in contact with guy I sold account to and he said he sold account rather fast after getting it from me, I guess that was somewhere in september or so. Good for him, he got rid of that nasty habbit just like me! All in all, judging by all the posts there are few scenarios that could took place.

1. Someone sold account more then once and considering 19945 did not supply PaulMoldovan with all the information my guess is he did it (sorry if you're not dude, but it sure looks like that). Not to mention Magen1 really busted his *** off to get to me, which I do hate because I don not like my information shared around to strangers, you can see that even by amount of friends I have in **** facebook list. I can not say being certain 100% that guy I sold it to didnt do it, but he is after all just a kid who met with me IRL, I doubt he would **** around just like that with my information because I will bust his kneecaps :P. Well, It could be me too, never exclude that, I wont deffend myself except say if I wanted to play again I wouldnt give all information to guy I sold account originally to. And if information was wrong I would probably recall account right away, not months after.

2. Noone sold account twice, one of us directly recalled it.

All in all I sent all the information to blizzard yesterday, ofc with Pauls contact email written down in webform. Hopefully account will get unbanned, or whatever and everyone is happy.

All I beg you, you as in all that have my ID is to not share it over net. If you're selling account ok, ofc you'll give it to buyer but do not ****ing upload it to imageshack and photobucket crap (some of you did and it is pissing me off).
 
both me and my sister had deleted the account. Sorry for everything ... I'm waiting answer from them I haven't received answer yet.

today contacted blizzard at phone , giving all SECRET activity done by this account in last 5 years and everything that just owner could know about the account we arrived with the boy at the point that they had received an fake ID from someone LOCATED in US. Blizzard will start a serious investigation about this and how I could understand all this is comming by 19945 user. I hope that once it finish who is responsabily for this will arrive to jail , pretty funny to use fake id and do identify theft. They had huge register about his IPs from the email/webform subited and also from ip logins. So once again 19945 you haven't done what you was thinked to do, was pretty nice by your part to do an fake US id and claim the account like OO but right now you will have really bad problems. Enjoy the rest of time until this end

Do not contact me, be it web, mail, forums, sms or phone (I actually got contacted 2 times by phone now, I can see why donduleone did it, because his name is at stake, but others...).
Keep the account safe because my patience is really runnig low after all the hassle.

account will be 100% safe from now and it will be never sold from my hands. Who sent the fake ID to blizzard prepare your *** for what will happen in next days because are not things to play with

Mike please close the Thread as is already resolved. Who did supply the fake ID will see what will happen next hour,days,month early or not it will, it's already complained and its in it way with all info. Thanks once again to everyone who helped me
