In-game Currency Delivery Guarantee

EpicNPC guarantees safe delivery of in-game currency based on current delivery practices. This means that in-game currency will be delivered to the buyer in what is considered a safe and secure manner.

• The buyer accepts a certain level of risk when purchasing game currency and no refund will be issued if the gold is removed or account is banned by the game company.
• As long as the in-game currency was delivered in a safe manner, the buyer accepts the risk.
• If the in-game currency is not delivered in a safe manner, EpicNPC will take full responsibiliy for the lost currency and either make a second delivery or refund the buyer.
• The buyer will need to provide infomation and evidence to show it was not delivered in a safe manner.
• Examples of unsafe delivery methods:
• Using in-game chat to discuss currency delivery
• Every game is different, safe methods for one game can be unsafe for another, so we can't possibly list all methods.
• If using the auction house is considered the safest delivery menthod for a certain game, but the currency was delivered via in-game mail instead and this is considered a high-risk method. Then this would be a good example of an unsafe delivery.

Refund Policy

As stated above in our "Delivery Guarantee" section, EpicNPC will issue a full refund if the game currency is removed or the game account is banned if the currency that was delivered in an unsafe manner.

• The buyer accepts risk and lose if the currency is delivered in what is considered a safe manner. This will be considered bad luck.
• EpicNPC will not provide compensation if the game account is banned for any reason. We will refund the gold purchase, but the buyer accepts the risk to their game account. In most cases an account can be unbanned by reporting the account as compromised. Normally only if an account has had multiple previous warnings will the unban request be denied.

Delivery Times

• Currency on average will be delivered to the in-game account in one hour or less.
• We cannot guarantee delivery, but will make our best attempt to deliver within one hour.
