xiamoi - attempt to deceive

I am currently selling an account in Destiny 2. Yesterday we talked for a while on the forum, after which this citizen was added to my discord. We discussed in part, I offered to pay him for the purchase through an intermediary on the site or pay immediately on paypal.
Then this citizen xiamoi added me to the discord group. Where possible was his friend, whom he represented as an intermediary from the site.
Of course I didn't believe it. After that, they began to insult me and hastily left the conversation, removing me from friends in the discord. I ask you to take measures in relation to this citizen, as he is engaged in what he is trying to deceive together with his friend, whom he exposes as an intermediary from the site.

I understand that the middleman is exclusively on the site, which I wrote in the dialogue. after which they began to insult me.

Since our MM service is done only on EpicNPC, not via Email, Discord, or any other platform. It looks like you were contacted by an off site scammer impersonating our MM's. Since no confirmation or any kind of communication was made on EpicNPC, there is no way of knowing for sure who you were talking to on Discord, even if names and tags are the same. In the future I’d recommend staying on site when you can for any kind of dealings, and avoid Discord altogether and use an MM service to help keep you safe.

Moving this thread to off site scammers.

Since our our MM service is done only on EpicNPC, not via Email, Discord, or any other platform. It looks like you were contacted by an off site scammer impersonating our MM's. Since no confirmation or any kind of communication was made on EpicNPC, there is no way of knowing for sure who you were talking to on Discord, even if names and tags are the same. I don't understand a little. when he pointed me to discord, he pointed it out and, accordingly, later tried to deceive me. will all this go unpunished?

Someone on Discord added you and said they were @xiamoi, on EpicNPC and contacted you about a public thread comment. This could be anyone, and since no conformation took place on site, there is no evidence to suggest otherwise. Discord is terrible, and full of scammers impersonating sellers. Since there is no further information available to go on in this case, there is no way of knowing who you were communicating with over Discord. Thread comments in this case, can’t be used as proof as it was just open discussion, you didn’t acutely confirm on EpicNPC that you guys were talking to each other over Discord. Also the Discord ID does not match, so you were likely talking to an impersonator trying to scam you.
