I was looking for Epic Seven accounts and went on Eldorado to see prices. I came across a few listings that were particularly suspicious.
The first one is in this listing for a very high end account: https://www.eldorado.gg/epic-seven-accounts/oa/01d9c4cd-dc08-4560-d003-08debfcd8fb4
This account is obviously way underpriced and is easily worth around 1k. What's even more suspicious is that the seller posted their discord in the listing images and requested that the buyer contact them on Discord to purchase the account. In one of the images of their listing it says "Add me discord for buy." This was likely done to circumvent Eldorado's initial purchase protection. However, this wouldn't matter too much since they could recover the account after the purchase protection period, assuming they actually owned or had the account on hand.
Despite knowing that it was probably a scam attempt, out of curiousity I added them on Discord and messaged them about the listing. Attached is our conversation. Two things made it really obvious that they were trying to scam.
I saw another Epic Seven account listing on the site that had a similar format: a suspiciously cheap price and a request to use Discord to buy the account. Multiple people using this scam technique unfortunately means it's probably working.

- They wanted to use an outside payment method (Paylink) rather than Eldorado's payment system to bypass the site's purchase protection
- When I confronted them of their sketchy listing and said that I would request a middleman as a minimum requirement for me to buy the account, they left no response and blocked me on Discord
