Honestly, I'm not sure on this one. It looks like I've been had, but I'm not 100% sure. Some background:
Purchased a SC2 account - http://vbforums.mmobay.net/starcraf...ed-5-placement-matches-name-change-avail.html
Trade went great, nice guy, gave me all the information for the account including recovery q/a. He said he did NOT have the original CDKey, which was a little weird to me but I overlooked it because of the price. (low cost, low loss) Changed all the information that I could, used the account just fine. Then, two days later, I check my e-mail and I have this:
The Starcraft part of the account is now locked. It is still on the same battle.net account, and nothing on the battle.net account has changed, apart from the Starcraft account being locked. I have checked the IP the email was sent from and it is definitely a genuine blizzard e-mail. (I get a lot of Blizzard phishing e-mails). The part that seems like he is trying to bone me is how he claimed to not have the CDKey but blizzard claims that they have recieved the CDKeys and are asking if I am giving up ownership of the account? Da ****?
Thanks to anyone that reads,
Ryan
TL;DR - Bought account, email from blizzard, account locked, but still have access to account.
