Reported problem: Hello,
I would like to leave a short record about my purchase from ZenRifardi in thread https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/3236723/.
On 18 September 2026 I bought the Wuthering Waves account for 240 USD. On 22 September 2026 Google locked the Google account that the game account is registered to. Neither the seller nor I could recover it, as the recovery code is sent to an address we cannot access. Because of this, the account could not be fully transferred to me.
I opened a case with PayPal, and PayPal refunded my Goods and Services payment.
I have unlinked my own login methods from the game account and I no longer use it. I have no intention of keeping both the refund and the account.
I am sharing this so that the situation is clear if either side needs it later. I can provide screenshots of the lock notice and the PayPal case if needed.

Outcome of dispute: Buyer @Pheonharu11 tried to do a forced-trade back, while also threatening to dispute the top-up payments in-game which will cause the account to be permanently damaged (banned) and unplayable until that payment is remade.
Will remain banned until the account is back to normal or if they cancel the payment disputes.
