Reported problem: After the deal, i had situation when the account got the restriction (cause i linked my debit card and using it to make payment), after i asked seller to prove the ownership and when he did it, he restored access to the account and somebody started playing Aion2 (the account i've bought), but seller talking to me that he had no update from Steam Support and "nothing new"
Outcome of dispute: Buyer reported account recalled. Seller stated he didn't do anything (OO) and quickly regained access.
I requested evidence to see the support ticket he opened to recover it and seller refused to show it.
I believe the seller stole the account back and pretended he opened a recovery ticket. Seller was banned.
