Ichigo111296 is a highly unprofessional seller. His replies came later after I transfered him the money through PayPal. How come he didn't know that he had to look for the account before I sent the money to him. He was telling me that he had to look for the account and had me wait for more than 30mins after he received the payment. I waited, then he sent the details needed but he didn't even reply when I was asking him some important questions and even the details he sent was the wrong password. I asked for a refund since I was patient enough with his whole behaviour and he hasn't even refunded me yet, telling me that he isn't at home that I should request for refund through PayPal. I've requested the money through PayPal for mote than 3hrs now and haven't even gotten anything yet, not even a simple excuse from him. I even gave him a deadline before reporting and I still haven't heard anything from him. I don't like this attitude. As a buyer, I believe I have every right to request my refund even if he finds the account, because he hasn't satisfied me in anyway. Even if he ends up not being a scammer, this is an online transaction between strangers and should be dealt with as fast as possible. I'm the buyer who's at risk of getting scammed because I have to pay the money before I can get to see the details needed for transferring the game account.
