Purchased account from seller thanh 5/29/16. Approximately two months after purchase via PayPal, SQA information received to fully secure account. Recently on 4/24/17, I received a quick succession of email notices on account information changing. By the time I was able to get on a computer, I had been completely locked out. Within 24 hours the character in question had been transferred from Behemoth to Sargatanas and race/name changed.

Other details / notes: Have had this character for almost a year now, never once had any issues besides a billing matter as the account originated as Venezuelan, which proved problematic for all billing methods aside from PayPal or Crysta codes.

I never invested anything into this account besides the subscription as I do for all purchased accounts. All I hope for with this thread is to bring light into a high end account that was recovered in a moments notice. I hope to debunk any notion that an expensive account is free from scandals and is only subject to the lower end. This is by no means the most expensive account around, but it had many perks and ideal collectibles that make it desirable and truly one of a kind with its legacy status as time goes on.
I contacted Thanh Ta on Skype once I realized what was going on and he recommended emailing SE support right away. He was unavailable to assist as he was out of country for approximately two weeks. I don't hold anything against the seller, as an original owner or someone with sufficient information can recover an account, and accounts like these get passed around often. I do hold against the seller, Thanh Ta, of the claim that an account can be deemed safe.
My only goal at this point is to see that SEID and associated accounts closed. It will cause nothing but problems.

Just an update, I spoke with Thanh Ta some more tonight and expressed that I was not seeking compensation or replacement of the account. I just wanted to make it aware on here that a) even "safe" accounts are compromised b) the account and character itself so it would not have as easy of a time being traded again.
I did not invest anything into this account besides subscription time. I bought it because it was pretty much maxed and good to go as the ultimate two box booster, and when it fulfilled its purpose, I used it only for its retainers. When the character in question logged in, it was marked as a "returner" that is how long it was since last activity.
