Reported problem: Hello, I have purchased a BDO account awhile back but recently was no longer able to log back in. I have previously changed all emails and passwords and tried resetting both but never got any emails to be able to reset my password or email which led to my suspicion of the seller taking back the account. I would like this case to be looked into as I have had this issue happen before but was not able to do anything previously.
Outcome of dispute: The seller refused to issue a 50% refund.
