Describe the problem:
I found this absolute cockroach's deal in this website and i reached out to him since the deal is good, i asked many questions and when i was going to pay, he made me go through different ways to be able to pay him via cryptovouchers france region while living elsewhere because he mentioned "he had provlems with paypal", when i finally did, his PC suddenly "stopped working", and started ignoring and delaying for days and when i asked for a refund, he doesn't reply and ignores whatever i say and ghosted me, i even asked for a refund for less money because i really need it and i will be embarressed if i don't get it back but since whatever he was selling is a scam it is very unfortunate and ruined internet deals for me.
