Reported problem: the buyer stated false information, he said he was the original owner of the account and he wasn't. i got blocked out the account then i asked for a refund but he's claiming there are issues with it and the middleman recommended to report this transaction saying he was acting like a scammer
Outcome of dispute: The seller was online and did not respond to the dispute. Showed no intention of issuing the required refund after false advertising.
