i just recently selling account to him, and suddenly he got banned for vpn violation
i am afraid now, is he scammer? can be paypal fnf refunded? what should i do now?

EpicNPC does not allow the use of Proxies or VPN’s, so any attempt will result in an account ban. This does not mean the user is a scammer or not, so I wouldn’t sweat over it.

Not much you can do at this point. But you might be in the clear on this anyways, a VPN or proxy ban does not indicate fraud.
