What is the dispute about? not able to login the steam account. Lost Ark is linked to Steam. We did not change the email link to steam. usually, the password works but today it did not work. I assume original owner changed password. we did not link the steam account to my email.

      Account Locks

      Accounts (email, FB, etc) can sometime become locked if unusual activity is detected. This can occur when our MM or buyer accesses the account.

      Once locked, only previously used recovery information (phone, email) can be used to unlock the account. It is the responsibility of the seller to unlock the account because only the seller will have the ability. If the seller is unable to, the transaction will be cancelled. If the seller does not have the ability to unlock, the account should not be sold.

      Middleman service does not work for the following:
      - Boosting/leveling services
      - Methods/guides for exploits or cheats
      - In-game currency purchases (most games)

      Not all Middleman accept the following:
      - IOS games
      - PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo games
      - Tik-Tok accounts
      - Game codes/keys
      - Hypixel/Minecraft
      - Warzone
      - MMORPGs on private server

      Refunds
      • Full Refund - MM Transaction is canceled before the MM receives anything.
      • Partial Refund - MM received the item, then the transaction is canceled. $4.95 cancellation fee. The remaining fee is refunded.

      The estimated time to complete a transaction is 30 to 60 minutes depending on the game sometimes I have to download game and it can take more time, I put this I have already had problems with impatient people.

      When I both account it is linked to steam. We did not change email. So original owner still have access to the account. I logged in today and unable to. So he must change password.
