April 15 - Smurphs reports he lost access
April 15 - Account restricted
April 16 - Izelith opens Restricted Account ticket
April 18 - Izelith posts in chat he recovered the account, but it's restricted

1. Izelith stated he "recovered the account" on April 18. However from the images he provided, he recovered many days before this. This post was late, maybe trying to misdirect us.

2. Restricted ticket was opened on April 16th. However he has already recovered the account at this point. The account recovery must have been before April 16th.

3. Izelith never shows the account recovery ticket, only the restricted ticket.

I think Izelith is the one who recalled. When the dispute was opened he then pretended to recover the account, when he had already done so. However he did not count on the account being restricted, so he opened a ticket for that.

Izelith should issue a full refund to cool213123
