What is the dispute about? In discussions I confirmed that the email for the account was included. He had one prior negative feedback which had been resolved due to a similar issue, becuase of this I made sure to find out that the email WAS included, which he confirmed. After I paid him, he send the account login but did not send the email. I then inquired about the email and he stated that he wasn't done with it yet, and would need some time before giving it to me. He stated about a month, and then asked if he could keep playing the account. I told him that no, I was not comfortable with sharing the account, but if he needed some time to get things changed to other emails that would be fine. I logged in, checked the account to confirm everything was as it should be and it was, then logged off for the night. The next day when I returned, I discovered he had logged in,played multiple games, used a significant number of consumables, and drained the Silver Lions and Golden Eagles (standard and premium currencies).

I contacted him again and informed him that it was completely unacceptable and that I was not comfortable sharing the account. I then stated I wanted a refund since he had not delivered what he stated he would, and that he had continued playing on the account even after I informed him he could not. He offered me a CSGO skin in refund, which I am not interested in. He then stated that he did not have the $100USD to send at that time, but if I waited a short time he would give me an additional account for free. I agreed to wait a short while. When I logged in the next day, I discovered that again he had logged in and played on the account, and once again used consumables and drained the currencies.

I then contacted him again stating that I was no longer comfortable with any part of the transaction and that I wanted a refund. He again tried to trade me CSGO items and asked for my steam account. I stated again I do not want skins, and he said he would refund my money when he has the money, I asked him a time frame and he stated "When I sell the account". Presumably, the same account he sold me, that I still haven't been refunded, he is going to sell to someone else to pay me.

He has several listed, and this one is the one that most closely matches the tanks in-game, although they are not an exact match so I'm unsure of what account he actually sent.

I also have the receipt from the gift card, showing the numbers match even though he admits he already used it. I'm just having issues uploading it right now.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? Yes; the trader had 7 positive and one neutral which I also researched. It was a similiar issue about an email, and in the dispute he never agreed to the email being included and the negative feedback was lifted.

His name is in his email, (well doubt it's his real name) and the rules say to redact names. Since it's being used publicly as email so you want me to just not redact it?

Also, he emailed me again stating ban me on epicnpc I won't pay you anything. I'll include that on the news screens when you tell me how you want me to show them.
