What was scammed?
Sky and I went into business together in regards to him doing Battle.net Name Changes for me. We agreed on $150 per name change (that was his cut) and anything above that was mine. Well, I have given him about 10 name changes to be done and not one of them has been completed to date (the first one was started on 8/7/12, so it should have been completed on 8/21/12 according to him and him only needing 2 weeks to complete the name change.) Over the course of almost a month, I have been paying him to do name changes that he has never actually done. In short, it was all a scam to use his prior status to drain money from legitimate individuals.

Please bare in mind that I now have to refund all of my clients who were waiting for this service. This is a huge blow to me in both a financial and business aspect. I will be pursuing legal action against him for Grand Theft if I cannot reclaim my funds.
