Good Day,

I would like to have a negative Review removed. The Review was caused on a process out of my control, but I was able to solve the problem for the client involved.
I sold a character in 2018; 2 years later the current user lost access and I got contacted via EpicNPC about it. I was able to solve it for him.

I can't thank him enough and am forever grateful to him for retrieving this account for me. I've requested to reverse the previous negative feedback I left in error.   • Feedback will only be reviewed if Trade Guardian was used. Any Trade Guardian service.
  • If Trade Guardian was not used, we will ask for proof of transaction. This means showing a transaction started, either payment, service or item was sent.
    • If proof is provided, the feedback will remain. We will not investigate the actual dispute. The feedback will not be changed.
    • If proof of transaction is not provided, the feedback will be removed.
  • Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
    • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
    • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
    • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
  • Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
  • Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Feedback is only removed if it is false, if it is resolved then it is updated to neutral.
