Did a previous transaction with him 3 weeks ago. Mods kindly resolved that + any feedbacks that came after - it was marked as CLOSED. This new transaction was not done with him and he was not involved at all, yet, he has left me a negative review because I will not take down my feedback.

I can still leave a feedback as long as the transaction has been made, and this is the exact account that the transaction been through.
You keep ignoring my pm, refuse to settle it. And not adjust the negative feedback back to the right situation. That why I wrote another feedback.
