Bought a WoW mage from Senkoscott on here (skype scott c) for 150$ .
Well as every transaction on here goes and no one can be a decent human being, 2 days later i now try to log in, cant.
I try password recovering, my e-mail is no longer on the account.
Also the WoW character no longer has the same things i logged out with when i search the WoW armory.
So yesterday someone else besides me was on the account.

I am guessing by the name on the account and his skype name he is not OO either.

I'm not going to start any huge disputs at the moment until i can talk to him, trying to contact on skype but he hasn't logged in yet. If i dont receive a message from him i will escalate this. Really dead tired of these children on here who think they are smart and scamming people out of money, its really starting to make this site die badly.

And this is why i send money through paypal as "goods". The second he told me "Send as gift please" im like, why would you need it sent as gift. Always a very small sign of a scammer"

Let's clear this up.

1) sold a the mage account to krajee on 12/23 / gave him account email/pw/sqa
walked him through the email / pw change
he changed the info / confirmed everything was good / posted feedback

2) 12/25 He messages me on skype and pms me on epicnpc saying that the account info was changed. Says he'll give me time to respond. He knows that i would be out of town since i mentioned it to him in skype before he paid for the account.
3) 12/25 a few hours later he recalls payment on paypal, on the dispute box he claims paraphrasing:
"I purchased a video game and a headset from ..... but i did not receive the items"
I had specifically told him to send payment via gift option, and was curious as why there was a print shipping label option next to the payment received on my paypal feed. I actually asked him about it in skype when i received the payment. From his response in skype and the above post, it is clear that he deliberately tried to pass this transaction to paypal as physical goods so he could recall the payment and steal the account.
4) 12/26 - i call paypal and resolve the dispute

He also claims that the account info was changed and he didn't receive a notification via email:

TLDR: I did not recall the account, haven't touched it since i sold it to Krajee. Krajee recalls payment stating that he did not receive physical goods. He alleges that someone changed the account info in such a way that he did not even receive a email notification.

Epicnpc, i can submit skype logs and any additional requested evidence

Anyways, i've been trading here for quite a while.

Explain to me why when i try to password recover, or do anything , it says invalid e-mail/name combination on battle.net. It does not allow me to password recover or do anything. How funny is it that a day after the account is sold, the "Original Owner" recalls the account. Thats either really bad timing or something else.
Anyways he removed me from skype (have a picture) , i am getting my money back through paypal as well.

I never agreed to sending the money as gift and no where on this website states you must send as gift. So im not sure what kind of arguement this is. The reason i do it is because i don't trust anyone, rep or none, and he also has one negative rep, which thats all it takes. The fact i've bought 2 other accounts (via my rep) and sent those payments as goods and not have had any problems with either, shows just what is going on here.

All in all i dont even understand the arguement here. I buy the account, the next day its recalled and all the information changed. When you go to the WoW armory , it also shows at the bottom "last login 12/25/12" ....if the account isn't in my possession, who was on the account then? Either him or the "OO" recalled the account which i dont even care who did, but i'm out of an account. Sketchy as hell to begin with.

He or the "OO" recalls the account and tries to turn it back around on me. The account was very fun for the day i had it and why would i sit here wasting my time with this. This is so beyond stupid.

My mistake that this was not in skype. It was via epicnpc chat, which the mods should have logs for.
I did not claim to be the OO or that i would provide an OO ID scan, so i don't understand why this would be relevant. Either way, you were informed, yet you pretend that this was not mentioned to you beforehand.
I did not access the account / modify the information after selling it to you.
And once again, i don't find it necessary to speak to you because you are a thief and yet you are pretending to be a victim.

2 days later the account is recalled (no emails)

Senkoscott you did not chat with KraJee using the IM system at the bottom of the page or in the main chat window on the homepage. So you need to find out where you told KraJee you were not the OO and have no ID and post that chat log here.

The IM system was reinstalled on Dec 22nd about 2:27pm EST, so if the chat was before that, this is why it's not showing up. However based on the thread and chat logs above your first communications was on Dec 22nd at about 1:30am. The IM system here wasn't even on at this time, so there's no way you could have chatted with him using it.

When someone recalls via Blizzard support there are no emails sent.

Senkoscott you stated you are not the OO and do not have the ID for this account. Who did you buy it from?

I called paypal and won the dispute on 12/26
I believe I did use the epicnpc IM to first contact krajee and in that chat he asked me if i was OO. I told him that i was not. I also sent him an armory link initially via IM.
I have never stated that i was the OO of the account or that i would provide an ID scan, so once again i don't know why he/epicnpc is trying to hold this against me
I have never sold an account claiming to be the OO when i was not. Nor do i have or had the intention to deceive the buyer into thinking that i'm the OO. In my previous account sales threads i notify the buyer if i'm the OO or not and whether or not i have the OO id scan if asked.

I got the account from carljrs

Krajee is accusing me of scamming, however i have not done anything to or related with the account in question after selling it to him.

Krajee sends payment via non gift option, shipping label is apparent next to the paid amount in the paypal trade feed.
Krajee notifies me on christmas day that he has problems with the account and that he will give me ample time to respond
Krajee recalls payment a few hours later stating "he did not receive a video game and headset" in the paypal message window
His first post on this thread explains that he purposefully sent payment as "goods" and not gift option as i requested
It is apparent that he had the intention of recalling payment from the very beginning.

The fact that the second i messaged him about the account being taken back a day after it was bought he got so defensive and started trying to turn this right around back on me is one tell tale sign itself..

He's talking about paypal, and all of these other things that have absolutely zero impact on the outcome of what has happened. Trying to come up with anything to cover up the fact that the account isn't in my possession. The fact he's actually sitting here defending himself is pretty low and poor.

About the original owner thing, it is not the buyer's responsibility, it is the SELLER'S responsibility to make sure that the account being sold is completely secure. In the first place i never accused anyone especially you of scamming, but the fact you exploded at me, lied to me , and now are trying to talk your way out of it , i have no other choice but to think you were the scammer in this. If the account is not completely secure and a problem like this occurs, its your job to own up to it and refund my lost my money, or receive punishment via here. you never once told me you were not the OO so i'm not sure about that, especially on skype. It still is a very small thing in the fact that your responsible for whatever has happened to the account.

THE ACCOUNT IS NOT IN MY POSSESSION. I DO NOT CARE IF HE RECALLED IT, THE ORIGINAL OWNER RECALLED IT, THE PRESIDENT OF THE USA RECALLED IT, THE FBI RECALLED IT. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CARE. IT'S GONE AND IS NOT IN MY OWNERSHIP AFTER ONE DAY AND I AM OUT 150$ UNTIL PAYPAL HELPS. THANK YOU.

I'm honestly about to cry that this is even taken this far. He's sitting behind his computer screen probably laughing at the moment that he thinks he can trick everyone. Absolutely rediculous at best.

And since it wasn't "you" that took back the account, i will be contacting blizzard as well and having the account banned, im sure you won't mind because your not in possession of it.

The first time KraJee posts in your thread is Dec 22nd 1:30AM. The IM chat is OFF.
The first Skype chat with KraJee is at Dec 21st 10:30PM - The IM chat is OFF.

It seems very unlikely you chatted with KraJee on the IM system before Dec 21st at 4:00pm based on the times you chatted above.

Regardless, even if you DID tell KraJee you were not the OO you are not allowed to sell insecure accounts without telling the buyer the following "I am not the OO, I have no ID and can't get one and if anything happens to the account there is absolutely nothing I can do".

If that's what you told KraJee, then you're ok. If not, they you have to either recover the account for KraJee or refund him, otherwise you'll be banned.

The fact is you sold an account you have absolutely no possibility of recovering. Even if it got ID locked to IP change, you wouldn't be able to do anything, so this account should never have been sold.
