Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
I purchased a computer and steam account in 2014 from Craigslist, and was given the password, email, and other rights to the account. I later stopped using the account when I was contacted by someone who was interested in buying it. We signed up on this site, set everything up, and an honest trade occurred. Yesterday, the user contacted me back saying he was hacked and he needed my help to reclaim the account. Searching up my emails, I looked for the previous email that was associated with the steam account. There, I noticed that I may be able to search gaming sites for the email of the previous user if he used emails in common with his username. That lead me to google search 'RUiN88 Steam'. To my surprise, there is a user here with that name, and he was trying to sell the account that I previously had, while I was using it in 2015 without my consent. I looked at the game list and saw games that I had purchased in the list. I realized that the craigslist person that I purchased from in 2014 had been trying to scam me and steal the account back since 2015, and had done it a few days ago to the person that I sold the account to. Seeing that this person is a member here, and has broken the law by committing fraud, I have come here to get help from EpicNPC in solving this for both me, and my client who is now out of an account because of this scammer. If you sell an account on craigslist and give all the rights to it away, you should not be trying to sell it a year later, or go into the account trying to reclaim it. That is fraud, which is against U.S. Law. I confirmed with my client that this person is indeed RUiN88, since they changed the steam account name to RUiN. I have screenshots to prove my previous ownership, as well as RUiN being the thief.
Other details / notes: This scammer is an *******.
