Reported problem: I purchased this Where Winds Meet account from the seller believing it was fully under his control at the time of sale.
After the purchase, I discovered that another person still has access to the account and controls the secondary security password. The seller admitted another person had access and contacted that person. That person according to the seller even changed the netease active email. That third person then stated that they would not release control of the account unless additional money was paid, despite the account already having been sold to me. Because of this, I requested that we reverse the transaction and that the seller refund my $100, as he had previously suggested. The seller has refused to do so.
Outcome of dispute: The seller did not issue a refund in the allowed time.
