What is the dispute about? I attempted to make a purchase from this seller an account on FGO the gentleman seemed to be in dire straights claims of his mother being Ill of COVID (I don't know if this is true this is his story.) I asked for a link to images of the account and he sent them I looked it over liked the account and told him i'd buy he asked for 140 i think he said
Confirmation of Payments: (Both payments and the refund for the first payment he sent.) I'm guessing he didn't know that if you don't have activity on a paypal it is a limited account and takes time for money to be received.

I am probably out the second payment as I wouldn't know what to say to Paypal if they contact me asking for more info but at this point i'm incredibly frustrated and pissed off the guy kept asking me to send it to his dads account and i'd get the account right after sorry but I had a rule in baseball that I only swing twice at bad pitches in this case I shouldn't even of made the second swing but I really wanted the account.
