there's been a chargeback over the account from preview owner from a credit card fraud, email from support for perm banning account.
he also hasn't been on for a while on msn @ [email protected] for me to contact him

The account most recently went into a banned status because we received
a 'chargeback' on one of the past credit card charges. This most likely
means someone informed the credit card company that one of the charges
was fraudulent.
Due to numerous problems with this account and the number of times it
has changed hands and has required customer support intervention to
settle ownership disputes, it has been closed permanently and will not
be reopened. Please understand that this is not subject to discussion.
Any pending charges on the account will be cancelled.

i haven't used any creditcard on the account, only a 60 day time card so this is from the previous owners. i've had to refund the user
